This is appended to the supplier’s timeline creating a record of when the PDF was generated and what was ordered when. You can filter and schedule your purchase order by date so you get complete visibility of when orders are due to arrive. Print barcodes from within Brightpearl that can be generated when a product is ordered, these can then be added to products when they are received by your warehouse and will match up to your purchase order system automatically. Giving you a complete end-to-end record of your stock as it comes in and out of your system so you always know exactly how much it cost to purchase, where it is located and how much it’s sold for.
You can create drop-ship purchase orders as well, meaning if you need to get an order to a customer quick, you can bypass the stock process by getting your supplier to send it to them directly. All this is integrated with your accounts so it is incredibly easy to reconcile your purchase order against your invoice payments as soon as they come in.
