Brightpearl is online, and if you keep your project information in the system then the whole team can access everything they need, from wherever they are.
Clients can stay up to date with progress, and suppliers/contractors can collect any information they need without interrupting your team.
Notes
Notes can be added to jobs within a project. Notes can be private (staff only) or public (viewable by the client on your Brightpearl project portal). With the appropriate permissions, your client can add notes using this online portal.
Files
Files can only be uploaded along with job notes. If the note has been set to “public” then the file will also be available for the project members to download/view online using your project web portal.
