Search the documentation Start off using our extensive online documentation. There's a search box over on the right hand side of this page to help you get right to where you need to be. Raise a ticket Log in to helpdesk using the form on the right. Note that the email address and password for helpdesk is not necessarily the same as that for your own Brightpearl account. If you've not used our helpdesk before, then you may need to register first. When you create a new Brightpearl account for your company, the user that creates the account will automatically be added to our helpdesk system. Additional staff will need to register.
