Although Brightpearl provides a massively flexible template system, there are further options available under Website > Setup > Website Options, allowing you to tweak to your heart's content. We'll go through them one by one.
General Settings tab
Default price list - defines which prices will be displayed before the visitor logs in. Once they've logged in (a wholesale customer as defined in CRM, for example) they'll see their own prices.
Allow suppliers to log in and update purchase order status? -
Allow customer reviews? - turns the reviews table on or off, accessed by the [#REVIEWS#] widget (within the product.html template)

Doctype - allows you to specify the DOCTYPE statement for your site. Useful if you want to use quirks mode for development, but we'd recommend you leave this as strict to ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Images tab
product mini width & height - defines the dimensions for the 'mini' image - used in both [%IMAGES_MINI%] (product.html) and in places like the Shopping Cart.
product thumb width & height - defines the dimensions of the 'thumb' image. The thumbnail is used in product listings (unless specified), and product lists (featured items etc).
product large max width & height - defines the maximum dimensions of a product image, as would be displayed with the 'enlarge image' (lightbox) function of product.html
category thumb width & height - defines the dimensions of images used in category listings (category icon).
Tracking tab
Google Analytics ID - inserts your Analytics tracking code into pages. It's free to sign up for Google Analytics, and will tell you a lot about your visitor traffic.

Show availability in option list -
Show options -
In product detail, show options as: - defines the default display type or product option lists.
Default option list sort order - sort by Product ID, Name, Code or Price.
Display SKU in option list? -
Show separate thumbnail for each option? -
Display qty available? - If set to yes, this will publicly display how many instances of a particular product are in stock. You need to have stock controlled products for this to work.
Show product filter? - Displays a basic filter at the top of search results/product listings, including a 'sort by' (direction) option.
Show product filter (with advanced custom fields)? -
Products per page - defines the default number of products to be displayed per page of search results/product listings before pagination.
Default sort order - defines the default sort order of products in search results/product listings, by Name, Price, Code or Keywords.
Default sort direction - Ascending or descending, in addition to the default sort order.
Activate domain-specific products - If set to yes, you can choose to show only certain products on each site if you're running multiple storefronts (domains).

show titles in widget output - Switches set widget titles (contained in #widget_head span) on or off. Useful if you want to use the special offers function and widget as a 'Mega Deals!' section, for example.
Shopping Cart tab
show mini image - switches on or off the display of a mini product image on the shopping cart page (/index.php?p=cart).
show qty as freeform text - Allows the user to enter the quantity of a product required into a form textfield. If set to no, the default option of a drop-down menu will be used.
