After the free trial, you move onto cost effective monthly billing.

Our prices are based on concurrent users

You can set all of your staff as named users, so that you can get the true benefit of a multi user system: visibility over who is doing what, and when, but only need to pay for enough licences to cover the maximum number of people that are going to be online at the same time (concurrently).

No contracts to tie you in

Start out with 2 users, expand to 10 over Christmas, scale back to 3 during a quiet period - and only pay for what you need. It's this flexibility that gives you the freedom to keep your software costs low, without putting a cap on your business growth.
